Mark your calendars for August 21st, 4 PM – 6 PM! We’re setting up a photo session just for you and your pets at the Dog Park. Come mix, mingle with neighbors, and capture a sweet portrait with your four-legged companion!

Free Summer Concerts at Warner Center Park
Celebrate warm August evenings just minutes from home with the Valley Cultural Foundation’s Free Concerts in the Park! Every Sunday evening throughout August starting at 5:30 PM, Warner Center Park hosts live outdoor music featuring talented tribute acts, local food trucks, and a relaxed lawn atmosphere. Pack a picnic blanket or lawn chairs, grab dinner from the food trucks on-site, and enjoy a wonderful evening of live entertainment under the stars. Admission is completely free, making it an ideal end-of-weekend routine for gathering with friends and neighbors all month long!

Saturday Strolls at the Main Street Canoga Park Farmers' Market
Make the most of sunny August mornings by visiting the Main Street Canoga Park Farmers' Market along Owensmouth Avenue every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. It’s the perfect weekend outing to pick up farm-fresh peak summer produce like sweet peaches, juicy tomatoes, and local honey, or to grab freshly baked pastries and iced coffee. Take a leisurely walk through the booths, support local San Fernando Valley farms and artisan vendors, and bring home delicious ingredients for your weekend cooking!

Fire Alarm Inspections
🔥 Keeping Our Home Safe & Sound 🔥
It’s time for our quick annual safety tune-up! From Monday, August 24 through Thursday, August 27, our team and certified safety inspectors will be conducting annual fire alarm inspections across the community between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Unit Visits: Vendors accompanied by our maintenance team will briefly enter apartments to test smoke detectors and fire safety components.
Noise Alert: You’ll hear intermittent alarm testing throughout the building during these hours.
We know the beeps and noise aren't anyone's favorite soundtrack, so if you work from home, you might want to break out those noise-canceling headphones or step out for a quick coffee break! We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we complete these routine safety checks.
