  • Who manages this community?

    The Mira Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day. Meet your team.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
    Saturday: 10am-5pm

  • What is the pet policy?

    At Mira we allow up to two pets in your apartment home, and some breed restrictions do apply. There is a $500 deposit per pet with a $50 Pet Rent per month. We love furry friends, and this is a great place for them to call home. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

  • How do I apply?

    Click on the "Apply Now" button of your preferred floorplan, then submit an application and sign the rental criteria. Applicants should meet income the requirement of 3x rent amount (3.5 for cosigners). There is a $52 application fee per applicant, with a $250 holding deposit required to reserve and apartment and take it off the market. Please note that applications will not be processed on Sundays.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • What are the lease terms?

    Mira Apartments offers 6-12 month terms.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Your application confirmation can take up to 72 hours (depending on how promptly all required documentation is submitted.)

  • How much are deposits?

    The current deposits are $500 (OAC) for studios, one bedrooms and lofts; and the deposit is $700 (OAC) for all two bedroom apartment homes.

  • What kind of parking is offered?

    We have a very nice parking garage, and one assigned parking space is offered (with the exception of select lofts and 2x2’s.)

  • What enhancements does Mira offer residents with disabilities?

    • Elevators.
    • Accessible ramps.
    • ADA Parking Spaces with an EV Charging option.
    • ADA accessible common areas and amenities.
  • Do you offer preferred employer discounts?

    Yes, we offer Preferred Employer discounts to police, military, fire, teachers, and several other local employers. Applicants should contact us for details.

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our community. At this time, it is $250, but will most likely increase. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits.

  • What are the amenities?

    Heated pool, spa, ping pong table, clubhouse, putting area, clubhouse, work space, lounge room , game room, fit zone, EV stations, BBQ grill, pet area, and parcel pending lockers.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We have a grace period through the 4th, with $100 late fees effective the 5th. Residents can pay their rent securely via our online Resident Portal here.
