“Mario and Arturo were great!! Literally, the same day I posted the maintenance request, they fixed the issue with ease and grace. Amazing attitude and energy and made the whole experience extremely pleasant. Destiny in the front desk made the move-in experience extremely easy, and the apartment is just beautiful. Adrian is extremely friendly as well. The apartment is modern and smart controlled with the ability to change lights, locks and thermostats from my phone. I’m very very happy to live here, and so is my pup in the photo!”

Día de los Muertos at Hollywood Forever
A Dance With The Dead
Hollywood Forever Cemetery hosts California's largest Day of the Dead celebration, featuring art exhibitions, dance rituals, music performances, arts and crafts vendors, and a skeleton costume contest. This year's theme is "Tonas and Nahuales." The 2024 event will be an all-day affair with staggered admission times. Visitors can stay until midnight to see the illuminated altars at their best despite larger crowds in the evening. After a couple of years of being split into two sessions, this year will be an all-day event, albeit one with staggered admission times (10 am–2 pm, 2–6 pm and 6–11 pm)

Broadway Night Lights
Night on Broadway is finally back after a six-year break! The new Broadway Night Lights is throwing an incredible cultural festival spanning five blocks of Downtown’s historic theaters and movie palaces on October 12th. The Los Angeles Theatre, Palace Theatre, and Million Dollar Theatre will welcome everyone free from 3 pm to midnight, offering performances and tours. Outside the theaters, there's a street fest between 3rd and 8th Streets featuring two music stages, circus acts, wrestling matches, classic cars on display, a Ferris wheel, food, and art installations.
