“We had to replace the screen on our window due to the tree brushing against it. And we also needed to re-paint a slight portion of the wall where we had to remove screws. Arturo and Mario did a very great job in replacing and re-painting!It only took about 10 minutes to do both fixes and they were very polite and professional about the fix!”

Grandi Italiani
Our featured neighbor is Grandi Italiani in Canoga Park. Grandi is the sister restaurant of the very popular Andre’s Italian Restaurant, a Los Angeles favorite for almost 59 years. In addition to the sauces and bread that we all know and love, they use imported Italian pasta and make all their sauces, soups, pizzas, salad dressing, and more!

Get ready to celebrate Earth Day the LA way! Earth Day LA 2025 is happening on Saturday, April 26th, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Norman O. Houston Park, and it’s the ultimate eco-friendly fiesta. Hosted by LA Sanitation & Environment, this free, family-friendly event features over 40 engaging exhibitors, a Kids Zone with games and prizes, live DJs spinning throughout the day, photo ops galore, and even city trucks to explore. Plus, did someone say free veggie burgers? Enjoy lunch from The Habit (meat or veggie options available!) while supplies last. Bring your reusable water bottle, soak up the good vibes, and show our planet some love!
